Pathway to home a Recovery-Supportive Shared Housing

Pathway to Home provides recovery-supportive, substance-free shared housing for adults seeking stability and a safe living environment.

Our homes are designed for individuals who are medically and behaviorally stable and appropriate for independent shared living. Residents are expected to maintain a substance-free environment within the home and to respect the safety and well-being of others.

Pathway to Home is not a treatment program. Participation in counseling, outpatient treatment, employment, or supervision services is encouraged and may be coordinated with community providers, but services are accessed externally.

We recognize that recovery is a process. A relapse does not automatically result in discharge. Housing decisions are based on honesty, safety, and a resident’s ability to maintain a stable and respectful shared living environment. Use or possession of substances in the home, or behavior that threatens the safety or stability of others, may result in termination of housing.

Our goal is to provide stable housing that supports long-term recovery, accountability, and community reintegration.

Pathway to Home
