Who We Serve

HomeBridge Cares Network serves individuals and referral partners by providing permanent, stable, non-clinical housing in regular residential neighborhoods. All homes are drug free and designed to support dignity, independence, and community connection.

We serve adults who do not require clinical care but benefit from safe housing, shared living, and local support.

We serve:

• Seniors seeking affordable shared housing and reduced isolation
   
• Adults with disabilities who benefit from community-based living
   
• Adults transitioning from unstable or unsafe housing
   
• Adults committed to living in a substance-free environment
   
• Adults in recovery seeking accountability and peer support
• Adults reentering from incarceration
   

Future service:

• Medically stable individuals transitioning from hospitals who need short-term, non-medical housing, supervision and meals.
  This program is currently in development and not accepting referrals.
